CULINARY GETAWAYS...Become a Gourmand in one weekend (or mid- week) as you learn some tricks of the trade from our chefs; graduates of the Culinary Institute and other professional cooking schools. We will teach you how to prepare basic foods that create brilliant starters, entrees and desserts that will make your guests delirious and outshine Julia Child.

Why do we always gather in the kitchen? Inevitably the kitchen becomes the natural gathering spot for interactive fun. Join us in our kitchen where our hands-on, innovative, creative culinary classes take place, dans la salle de cuisine.

Our private chef events are a choice of either lunch or dinner and the cooking class. The seasonal menu is tailored to your interests. Our chefs creates menus that support local farms and purveyors.
The Private Chef Lunch is 3 courses, the Private Chef Dinner is 4 courses. You and the chef work side by side to prepare each course. While you are enjoying each course, the chef continues to instruct and prep for the next course.

GOLD PACKAGE

Private Chef Lunch and Demonstration:
per couple: $205 midweek, $225 weekends
Gold package includes a combination of three courses.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

Private Chef Dinner and Demonstration:
per couple: $225 midweek, $260 weekends
Platinum package includes a combination of four courses.

    Prices are based on double occupancy. Culinary Class is PER COUPLE

    Includes a full gourmet breakfast prepared by our professional chefs with all local ingredients. In the afternoon enjoy homemade truffles, local cheeses and fresh fruits, with french wine if you desire.

Who should attend? Guests who would like quick culinary, hands on training, in a casual and fun environment.

Private Chef Events Require a Two Week Cancellation Notice. Please Contact us by phone to receive your cancellation number. We can not accept emails. We can not under any circumstances refund the room charges after the two-week cancellation period has begun. We also can not refund for early departures. There will be a $25 - $100 cancellation fee.
