Valerie has owned and operated Le Petit Chateau Inn for four years leaving behind world travel to Europe and the vineyards. Chef Eric Stritt brings his exemplary management and chef skills to the Inn. "He does a phenomenal job with the Inn's Private Chef Events. Not only can Eric outshine most B & B breakfast offerings, he is a three in one employee. He paints, gardens, carries luggage. You name it", exclaims Valerie.

    EVENING AGENDA - Self Tour of Hyde Park
    8: 00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Be our Guest. Simply enjoy the teamwork with the CIA Chef Team and La Chatelaine
    9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 p.m. - Test Drive the Chef/ Innkeeper Career Presented by Valerie
    12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Working Lunch Questions & Answers Presented by Valerie and Chef Nick
    1:00 p.m. to4:00 p.m. - Course Material:
    Finances, Planning Boards, Zoning, Money Management, Marketing, PR, Advertising, Hiring.
    5:00 to 7:00 PM - Your Choice of Private Chef Dinner and Class or dinner on your own.

    6: 30 a.m. to 9: 00 a.m. - Prepare the Four Course Breakfast with Chef Eric, Set-up, Clean-Up
