When you stay at Le Petit Chateau, we serve a premier breakfast prepared for you by our professional chefs. Even more important, you are supporting our local farms. We serve only local farm produce and products with every meal that is prepared for you. Awake to the smell of fresh ground organic coffee from birdsandbeans.com, our supplier. Our tea purveyor is Harney and Sons, a local tea importer from Millerton, New York. Our hot and cold buffet is an array of home made delights: we make our own granola from organic ingredients Our yogurt, milk, half and half and butter is from Hudson Valley Fresh as well as a local dairy farm in our county: Ronnybrook farm. Our apple cider is from Migliorellis, another Dutrchess county farm.

The main breakfast entree is served after you partake of fresh seasonal fruits (only from United States farms), our granola with fresh yogurt and milk, and warm biscuits with homemade butter and our chef prepared fruit preserves.

Our chefs are professional and can accommodate ANY SPECIAL diet, pas de problem.

Typical Entrees:
Seasonal grilled vegetables atop golden baked phyllo dough served with farm fresh eggs cooked to order.

Poached eggs with sauteed spinach and herb infused hollandaise sauce.

Fresh crepes stuffed with juicy, sweet strawberries, topped with homemade strawberry and glazed bannana preserves.

A little extra bonus during breakfast is speaking to our professional chefs. Their knowledge is endless, and they will happily share their tips and techniques with you.

We rely on local harvest of organic produce and products to serve only the best food possible. We are proud to say that we do not support large agri-corporations. Ever.
