We have beautiful biking in Dutchess County.
You can pedal through rolling hills, steep mountains or leisurely flat terrain. And many routs have stunning views of the Mighty Hudson River. La Chatelaine, Valerie Hail, has been riding for over 28 years and you can ask her advice as to the best “stages” in this area.
