Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person in suites is $40 - $50 per night.
Inn Facilities
A full breakfast is served from 8:00-9:30am every morning. Hot and cold beverages are available twenty-four hours a day. Fresh fruit is abundant with plenty of freshly baked goods. Organic products are served whenever possible. Organic coffees and teas provided.
- Two sitting rooms and a small conference room complete the spacious design of this historic house.
- Two lovely porches, an outside patio and an upstairs deck provide relaxing views of a large, tranquil, clean pond, dense forests and a small farm estate.

We¬Ýwill not charge¬Ýyour credit card until¬Ýthe day of your¬Ýarrival, nor will your check¬Ýbe deposited until¬Ýthe day of¬Ýyour¬Ýarrival.¬ÝWe¬Ýknow that¬Ýlife¬Ýis full of changes, and we are the only Bed¬Ý & Breakfast¬Ýin the area that has a lenient TWO-DAY cancellation period.¬Ý Please understand that we are¬Ýcompletely sympathetic¬Ýregarding travel plan changes, and that is why we¬Ýoffer our forty-eight hour cancellation policy.¬ÝHowever, we can not under any circumstances refund the room charges after the¬Ýtwo-day¬Ýcancellation period has begun.¬ÝWe¬Ýalso can not refund for early departures.

*NOTE: Culinary Institute of America Boot Camp attendees must cancel or change their reservation two weeks before their arrival date for a full refund. We will charge the full amount due after that time. The cancellation must be received by email or a phone call.
